Hi, I’m Coach Elena Louise and I’m the founder of Active Instinct Fitness.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer and have been in the Fitness Industry for several years with over 7,000 hours of 1-1 Personal Training Experience, over 10 years weight training experience and over 33 years of life experience 😛

Health, Fitness & Wellness is my absolute passion and I love my work, my life and truly love helping others. I strive to do whatever it takes to help my clients on their Health & Fitness journey to achieving amazing results and changing their lives!

My work is through a holistic approach looking at: Movement, Mindset & Nutrition.

In my experience this has been the most effective way of achieving results and getting my clients to truly enjoy the process, nourish the body, strengthen the mind & body, build confidence and improve the quality of their lives.
